看外觀原本以為裡面又會厚重
沒想到一切開覺得很成功!
材料跟之前一樣
只是更改了烤的時間
把一開始220度烤10分鐘變成烤了15分鐘
調整200度後,一樣烤15分鐘
材料
酸種起種Levain
17克酸種
35克水
35克高筋麵粉
主麵團
70克酸種起種Levain
252克水
140克高筋麵粉
175克全麥麵粉
7克鹽
Another 50-50 sourdough bread!
Then appearance made me think it might be too dense inside. But it turned out to be a big win!
I only change the baking time from
220c 10mins + 200c 15mins to
220c 15mins + 200c 15mins
