I’m so sorry the hut has been closed over the past few weeks. I’ve been struggling with pain and swelling in my pinky finger, which is now travelling up into my hand and affecting my day to day life.
Baking is becoming a real struggle, even for the coffee cart, and unfortunately it’s my dominant hand that’s affected, making resting it difficult! The doctors are a bit baffled, so I’m waiting to see a specialist and hopefully get some answers soon.
Although the hut is closed just now, please don’t hesitate to message if you’d like a tray of bakes, and I’ll do my very best to get you sorted. ❤️

There will be bakes down in our cart The Steaming Stag on james street omagh if your wanting cakes by the gate fix, i just cant bake for both with the amount of baking id need to do to fill the shed and the cart at the min until the pain subsides at bit.

Apologies again for any inconvenience, and thank you all for your patience and support. Hopefully, we get to the bottom of this soon because I’m at my wits end and I’m sure my husband is sick of hearing about it🤣

The Shed is closed this weekend, but we’ll be back next weekend! 🤤❤️

Last Sunday, I was asked to make a cake for a 70th birthday, and this was the finished result!
3 layer 8” Victoria sponge with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.

I’ve unfortunately hurt my hand, so I wasn’t happy with how the buttercream finish turned out, it was quite difficult to get this part done with the pain its causing me but I still think it came out lovely!

I feel like I should put a wee warning out there about the size of these bakes… some of them might just be a two-person job!😉😂

Shed will be open from 11am, have a couple things to let set. Wee mishap with the raspberry ruffle aswell thought i had picked up freeze dried raspberries turns out it was heart sprinkles and i only realised after i started putting them on 🤦🏼‍♀️ but they still taste just a good 🤤

A cake for my wee residents 🥰🧁 I brought a couple of bits in for them a few weeks ago, and they were absolutely delighted. Seeing the smiles on their faces and how happy such a little gesture made them is worth more than anything. It’s the little things that mean the most! 🥰

🍯 Caramelitas: these have been described by our customers at the coffee cart as “caramel shortbread on steroids”🤣🤤 And honestly, we think that sums them up perfectly! Buttery, gooey and packed with caramel goodness… they’re seriously hard to resist!

🍰 School Cake: such an old-fashioned classic and one that never goes out of style! A proper nostalgic favourite, and if I do say so myself, I’ve not tasted one quite like ours yet 👌🏻

🍪 Our Choc Chip Cookie: these sell out SO fast at the cart, and if that doesn’t tell you they’re worth trying, then what does?! 🤣 Packed with chocolate chips and always one of the first treats to disappear!

🍫 Triple Choc Chip Brownie: our boys absolutely go mad for these! Rich, seriously chocolatey and oh-so-moreish… basically impossible to stop at just one 🤤🍫
