Baker Required
The Cottage Loaf Bakery, Eccleston, Near Chorley.
Its getting busy in our little bakery and we need a new addition to our craft bakery team.
We are looking for someone to join our team who is keen, reliable, conscientious, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and passionate about cakes & pastries and doesn't mind early starts and has an aptitude to work as part of a small dedicated team.
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for baking.
Experience is very desirable, some experience would be considerably advantageous (but baking bread, pies & cakes background would help).
The bakery is a busy, fast paced environment, so you need to be able to work to deadlines and be able to carry out some physical work.
Night shift starting time of 10pm.
Around 35 hours a week over 5-6 days.
Covering holidays.
Salary - dependable on experience.
Job will involve correlating orders, weighing up, mixing, producing a variety of cakes and pastry items.
