Who doesn't love Bluey?
Louis's mum sent me some lovely inspiration pictures to base this Bluey and Bingo cake ahead of his 1st birthday celebration. Such a special time when they're so little! Now my boys are bigger, we often look back on their birthday cake choices and reminisce about when they were passionate about the hungry caterpillar, tractors, fishing, the Wizards of Once or even unicorn-dinosaurs!

Learning in a 1:1 or small private group allows me to tailor the class just for you. From mastering the art of buttercream and piping like a pro, to whipping up the best batch of brownies ever. I am always happy to share my tips and tricks with you: whether it is as fun hobby or the first step in going professional. So many of my students have gone on to set up their own cake and café businesses and I am incredible proud of what they have achieved. Private classes typically last 3-4 hours. What a delight to run another piped flower class. I have been running decorating classes for 16 years in various themes and this year the lovely Karen (one of my regular bakers) convinced me to introduce a piped flower class for those wanting to elevate their piping. This is a much more tricky class than my Beginner's Cupcakes, so I keep the numbers low - an absolute maximum of 4 students. This allows me to give you dedicated attention, and for us to really hone our piping skills, play with colour and master the ever temperamental buttercream. We also take a full three hours to troubleshoot and get the effects we are looking for.

Next class is 7th November, and you can pair it with the morning bouquet class too!
Two of these students attended the whole day session as complete beginners and progressed so well.

So pleased to welcome Bestbind to Eccleshall High Street. Louise ordered these branded cupcakes ahead of their grand opening this weekend. I managed to have a sneaky peek around and it is a wonderful use of the space. Surprised to learn that they have a range of hard flooring, as well as carpets and bespoke rugs.
