✨ WE’RE OFFICIALLY OPEN! ✨

Yesterday was a day we’ll never forget… Kake’n’Krumb officially opened the doors to our very own shop! 🥹🤎🍰

From a little side hustle baking from home to having our own shop, it honestly doesn’t feel real! 🥹

We’ve spent so much time, love and probably WAY too many hours 😂 getting our little space ready, and seeing people walk through the doors, enjoy our bakes and grab a coffee made every single second worth it. 🤎

A huge thank you to everyone who came yesterday, whether you bought a cake, grabbed a coffee, popped in to say hello, shared our posts or simply wished us luck. Your support means more than you know. 🫶🏼

A Little Break Before The Big Day 🤍

A HUGE welcome to all my lovely new followers! 🥰🤎

It’s been so lovely watching this little community grow, and I just want to say thank you for following along with my Kake’n’Krumb journey.

After what feels like months of planning, painting, building, baking, buying equipment, making decisions and probably a few “what have I done?!” moments 😂… I’m taking a little breather before the biggest day yet…

OPENING THE DOORS TO MY VERY OWN SHOP! 🥹🎉

I honestly still can’t quite believe I’m saying that!

The excitement is HUGE, the nerves are definitely there, but more than anything I’m so incredibly grateful that my little baking dream is becoming a reality. 🤎

So, while I take a few days to catch my breath, I’ll be getting ready for the big one…

✨ SHOP UPDATE! ✨

Another milestone ticked off! 🤍

The outside of Kake n Krumb has now been painted, and our beautiful frosted windows have been installed… and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it’s all coming together! 🥹

Every day the vision becomes more real, and seeing my branding on the shop windows makes it all feel so exciting. There’s still plenty to do inside, but we’re getting closer and closer to opening the doors.

Thank you so much to everyone who has followed this journey, cheered me on, shared my posts and sent such lovely messages. Your support means more than you’ll ever know. ❤️

✨ A very special cake for two very special people… ✨

This one was made with so much love for my son and my future daughter-in-law to celebrate their engagement. 💍🤍

Creating cakes for my customers is always an honour, but being asked to make one for such a special family occasion made this one extra meaningful. From carefully creating the long elegant design to adding every finishing touch, I loved every minute of making it.

✨ Shop Update! ✨

Things are really starting to come together at Kake ‘n’ Krumb, and I couldn’t be more excited! 🥹💛

✔️ New ceiling tiles are in and it’s already making such a difference.
✔️ The new signage has been agreed and will be fitted very soon… I honestly can’t wait to see it in place! 🤩
✔️ The kitchen is really taking shape, and it’s starting to feel like a proper bakery.
✔️ New equipment has arrived, meaning I’m one step closer to filling the shop with fresh bakes. 🍰🍪

There still feels like there’s a mountain to climb, but seeing everything slowly come together makes all the hard work so worth it.

I still can’t quite believe I’m saying this…

Yesterday I officially became the proud owner of my very own Kake’n’Krumb shop! 🩶🍰

This has been a dream in the making, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you all. There’s still plenty of hard work ahead, but this is where the next chapter begins.

🏗️ Come along and join me as I transform this space into everything I’ve dreamed of. I’ll be sharing the renovations, the behind-the-scenes moments, the highs, the challenges, and everything in between as we count down to opening day.
