A side by side comparison of our 70-day dry-aged T-bone(r) next to one that our butcher Frank is presenting that has only been aging for 2 week. Aged steak is succulent and tender and creates the most delicious crust when cooked.

You can't get anything like this in the super-market, only at Smiths Butcher.
