Hello! My lazy approach to social media continues apace, but here are my bake dates for June, along with footage of a new bun and some recent photos of a truly beautiful trip to Brittany 🇫🇷🌅
Inspired by our travels, I’ve added a Kouign Amann bun to the menu for the next couple of weeks. Based on a traditional Breton pastry, this bun is layered with plenty of butter, sugar and sel de Guérande; a hand harvested, unrefined sea salt from the Breton marshes. This creates a buttery, salted caramel filling which contrasts perfectly with the soft bun dough.
