to consume at all times. Our products are made and delivered under controlled conditions with regular monitoring. Food production and delivery are rendered safe and lawful by the implementation of the HACCP system. IBLUEOPEN LTD. aims to satisfy customers’ expectations and protect their health to the furthest possible extent by producing safe merchandise of consistently good quality, while adapting to changing market demands and conducting its business operations in an ethical manner. To achieve these aims, our objectives are:

PITE-TÖRTÉNELEM
A pite története több évezredes utazásra és sok-sok kulináris, valamint társadalomtörténeti kalandra hívogat. Gyakorlatilag már Kr. e. 9500 tájáról maradtak nyomai annak, hogy őseink megfelelő szerszámok birtokában gabonaőrleményből tésztát készítettek, amely a mai értelemben ismert piték, lepények ősét jelentette. Bár ókori egyiptomi és sumér feljegyzések is maradtak az elsősorban úti eledelként kedvelt töltött tésztafélékről, az antik görög és római civilizáció idejére tehető a napjainkban ismertekhez hasonló, sült vagy főtt húsok, zöldségek, valamint a gabonából víz, illetve zsiradék hozzáadásával gyúrt tészták találkozása. Bármilyen meglepő, elsősorban a hosszú tengeri hajóutakon tettek jó szolgálatot az előre elkészített, tésztába zárt fogások. A rómaiaknak köszönhetően aztán Európa-szerte elterjedtek a kezdetben sós tésztával készült piték. Apicius nevezetes római szakácskönyve már tartalmaz pitereceptet.

A tészta is komoly változásokon esett át a különböző történelmi korokban. Míg a kenyérre emlékeztető, lapos, lepényszerű tésztával készült pitéket szívesen fogyasztották a zöldséges, húsos töltelékkel együtt, a mai omlós pitetészta távoli elődje hosszú századokon át jobbára kőkeményre sült. Ez egyfajta szigetelőanyagként - és a fogyasztás során gyakran evőeszköz gyanánt - szolgált a benne található értékes ételekhez.

Do you have an interesting story about a bakery product? Which is your favorite? Which one do you like in our shop?
For example, I like doghnuts very much. There was a period in my life, that I ate so many, that when my colleagues met me their first question was: "Do you have doughnuts?" One of them called me "doughnut-boy".

Must Try Products: Cocoa Rolls

There are two types of people, those who like cocoa rolls, and those who will like them. I remember when I was a child it wasn't only a special sweet, it was a toy as well. You approached the centre through layers by layers of the delicious pastry and the - not too sweet, but tasty - cocoa filling, and there was the award at the end, where all of these were concentrated. Our parents were "happy" as well, beacause we were over head and ears in cocoa if we had done it expertly. The magic haven't passed so far, it is always a joy to sit down and eat this fantastic bakery product at home, in my workplace or anywhere. Come to our shop and try the magic!
And don't forget: you buy anything in the shop - one or more cocoa rolls for example - and you get coffee or tea for free.
