Quarterly roundup at NOCD🌸

What a whirlwind these past few months have been! I’ve got so much content to share that I actually don’t know where to begin and it’s stressing me out, but this is a start🤣

We’ve been involved in the most exciting projects recently, such as a floral spring wreath workshop with the beautifully talented and our gorgeous Cake and Sip Classes - more dates for these coming soon!

We’ve also hosted some gorgeous baby showers and celebrations (how stunning are balloons?!!) Now taking bookings for private hire and events on Sundays ✨

Wedding season has well and truly begun too - we’ve already created some gorgeous designs 🤍

I’ve lost count of the amount of celebration cakes that have left the bakery 😂 we’re currently almost fully booked for bespoke orders until July, so don’t leave it too late to order your cakes! Please head to our website for all enquiries (we don’t reply to DM’s).

As always, thank you so much to all customers and supporters that keep us going. Rising costs and business heads are just absolutely horrific - and without your guys support, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do today 💕

So excited to say I’ll be demonstrating all things cake at this years North Notts BID Ltd Food Fest! ✨

We will also be having our own little stall there, with our most popular bakes - so be sure to come down and see us!

Also, PHIL VICKERY IS GOING TO BE THERE!!! Extremely excited for this ✨

Exciting News! North Notts Food Fest is back for 2026, taking place on Saturday 4th July! 🍴

Join us at the Old Market Square in Worksop from 10am - 4pm for this free-to-attend event. Enjoy a day filled with delicious food, drink and plenty of entertainment 🍕

This year's headline celebrity chef is the one and only Phil Vickery who will be performing two live cookery demos! Phil will be joined in the Main Marquee by festival favourite Teresa Bovey (Home Economist) and Claire Syrenne (Masterchef Finalist). In the Second Marquee, expect demos from local talent including Nicole Mellor (Nicola Olivia Cake Designs), Diana Kaponas (Café Neo & Fusion Energy Café) and Peter Whitlam (Vintage Bakery) 👨‍🍳

Expect free cookery demonstrations throughout the day hosted by the fabulous Johnny Pusztai, kid’s food science activities, outdoor bars, street entertainment and so much more! 🥘
