To all my wonderful customers, I must announce that I am temporarily closing until further notice!
It has been a very difficult decision to make, I have loved every minute of the last 10 years. Every customer new and old have trusted me to provide them with bespoke cakes/cupcakes for their special occasions and it has been an absolute honour!
From the day I started Serena’s cakes I have strived to always provide 100% for my customers, from initial consult, right down to the day of collection and it’s been a privilege to see how well received each order has been.
Unfortunately at this stage due to differing personal circumstances, I don’t feel I can give that 100% anymore and that’s not fair to you, my customers!
I’d just like to thank you all for your continued support and loyalty, especially to those who have came back to me every year. It’s been a joy to be a part of your families celebrations and to see how your children have grown, from making their Winnie the Pooh 1st Birthday Cake, to their 9th Birthday Tick Tock obsessions 🥰
It’s been an amazing 10 years of incredible bakes (you guys have always loved sending me challenges 😂) but for now, I need to step back and take a break.
I hope to be back in the future, but until then, take care and again thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all the love and support I’ve received from you over the years.
