I can not tell you how thankful I am to my teacher and award winning cake baker for everything she has taught me, including how to create these v-ruffles!!! I could not have done it without her. An elegant four tier wedding cake for Lauren and Colin's wedding. Everyone needs good neighbours and I am thankful for mine. Thank you for trusting me with this design and for challenging me to learn new skills. Flavours included red velvet, lemon drizzle, chocolate fudge, and a wee mini vanilla. An 8" four layered red velvet and cream cheese cake covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant icing for Georgie's 21st. The brief was to make it black and elegant, so I used my textured rolling pins, new leaf stencil and gold lustre dust. The black velvet ribbon finished it off perfectly. Bespoke topper by the awesome
