On Saturday I had the complete privilege of providing cakes for my brother-in-laws memorial service.

It’s been a while since I properly baked and decorated anything and I couldn’t have had a better reason to dust off the apron and get the mixer going.

Michael was one of the best humans I’ve known and he is missed so much! He deserved the best so that is what he got!!

My sister created the most beautiful set up and the whole day was as perfect as it could possibly be !

Rebekah, you are amazing, I love you! Thank you for letting me play a part in making Michael’s day so special!!

* Edited to say some of the beautiful cakes in these photos (the bakewell tarts, the Bundt cake, the cheesecakes, the donuts) are not mine. There was a whole host of amazing people who baked to support my sister and Michael ❤️
