So far, 2026 has been pretty good, the Cake Closet is going so well still, some lovely cakes booked in and fantastic feedback from our customers! Looking forward to seeing what else the year has in store for our little bakery…

🎈It’s The Cake Closet’s first birthday! 🎈

Incredibly, it’s been a whole year since I opened the Cake Closet, and it’s been so well received by the community, I wanted to celebrate!

We are hoping to open all weekend, from 10.30am today (Saturday), and today we’ll have goodie bags to give away for the first 12 customers, including some delish mini cookies!

We also have a giveaway open to everyone who purchases from the Closet this weekend - take a pic with your treats and tag us on socials, and we’ll put you in a draw to win a personalised brownie slab! More details on the Closet door.

🧁The news I know you’ve all been waiting for…
The Cake Closet will next be open for May Bank holiday weekend, 2nd - 4th May!
I’m especially excited because 3rd May is the Cake Closets first birthday, which means obviously we have to celebrate all weekend - I’m thinking birthday cake, balloons, and maybe even some goodie bags 👀
I’ll be updating with more details in the next week, so keep an eye on the page for menu, opening times and how to get your hands on a goodie bag!

With the Big Day almost upon us, I wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Thank you for all your support this year, whether you’ve ordered a cake from me, bought from me at an event, or visited The Cake Closet! It’s so very appreciated.
I’m now closed for orders until February, and keep following for updates on when The Cake Closet will be back open!
