Look passed the rusticness of these...... it was the 1st trial run!.....

Before we popped off the island for a mini road trip on the weekend, I had a trial run of some chantilly cream & fresh strawberry filled éclairs ♡ and they were delicious! We ate the most gorgeous éclair in Cherbourg France a few weekends ago and I just had to have a trial of these beauties.

I definitely have some refining to do, but who would like to see these on the menu???

I'm excited to trial different flavours and combinations whilst refining the presentation ♡
