And more experiments! My version of the picnic bar made using my blended dark and milk Belgian chocolate, of course. 😉. Crispy wafer, smothered in creamy caramel all encased in smooth, Belgian chocolate and topped of with sultanas and salted peanuts absolutely smothered in, yes, you've guessed it gloriously, creamy Belgian chocolate. Yummeeee!!!

I've been experimenting with chocolate again! This time recreating one of my favourites from the past, the cabana bar. I've used organic coconut, steeped in condensed milk, with a dash of vanilla and then added some chopped glacé cherries for luck. 😉 Finally added a layer of creamy caramel. I then enrobed the mixture in my delicious blended dark and milk Belgian chocolate and topped them off with a squiggle of dark Belgian chocolate. 😊
