I've been working on something a little bit different... 👀

🍪 CAKE-STUFFED COOKIES! 🍰

Imagine one of my chunky NYC cookies wrapped around an entire slice of cake with a gooey centre... 🤤

✨ Lemon Drizzle – White chocolate chip cookie, lemon drizzle cake and a gooey lemon curd centre, topped with meringue.

🍫 Caramel Brownie – Milk chocolate chip cookie wrapped around triple chocolate brownie with a gooey caramel centre.

These will be making their debut at the Three Counties Food Festival this weekend, and I genuinely can't wait for you all to try them! 😍

Yesterday was mad!!!

A massive thank you to everyone that came to see us at Whiteshill Party in the Park, old faces and new 😍

We sold out of EVERYTHING about 30 mins before closing and it's safe to say it all went down very well!!

Our Madellah Burst official debut and sold out...more to come on this 🤫

And a tonne of cakes made for the OG Madellah Bakes, again, sold out 😅

What a weekend! 🎂✨

Despite battling wind, rain and some very questionable June weather, we completely SOLD OUT with 90 minutes still to go before closing! 🤯

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported my little business and took home a sweet treat. Seeing so many returning customers and meeting lots of new faces made the weekend extra special.

As if that wasn't enough, I was also invited to be Head Judge for the baking off comp yesterday, before hosting the Bake & Sip session today. So much fun!

Things like these remind me how far Madellah Bakes has come. From baking at home in my kitchen to judging competitions, hosting demonstrations and selling out at major events – it's a bit surreal sometimes! ❤️

Now for a well-earned sit down and a large cup of tea and some cheese 😂

Thank you, Dinton Pastures. You've been amazing.
