It's been a minute since I've had the chance to think about our social media channels but this special girlie truly deserves to be celebrated. Six tiers tall and a plethora of sugar flowers, this was a labor of love and you all know how much I love to make sugar flowers! The stunning Bowburn Hall Hotel was the perfect backdrop.

The perfect ratio of white chocolate ganache enrobes each delicious tier of cake to form a flawless foundation, allowing us to create the perfect, smooth fondant finish with clean lines and sharp edges. Attention to detail is imperative when it comes to creating your special cake and we are really proud of this one. The bride and groom took the time to send some lovely feedback which means the world to us. What an absolute pleasure it was to create this showstopper of a cake for G&T at Beamish Hall Country House Hotel, BW Premier Collection . I can't count how many hours were spent creating this plethora of sugar roses, hydrangea and foliage! Petal by petal....it's a labour of love. Happy days!

It's rare my posts on here are not cake related but this is about as close to my heart as it gets and every single bit of support is so appreciated.

🏃‍♀️ I’m running the Great North Run for The Sick Children’s Trust, who gave my family a lifeline when we needed it most.

Last July, my nephew Luca was born at just 24 weeks, weighing 1lb 9oz. He spent 118 days in NICU—and thanks to Crawford House, his parents never had to leave his side.
