Cakes A Bbit Special Special occasion cakes celebrate special people, special days, and those special
events that occur.

Many of my cake recipes have been created over the years by my Mum & Grandma, or adapted from an 80 year old recipe book, handed down through the generations to me. All of my cakes are HAND MADE (commercial food processors are not used for most of the mixing/blending of ingredients) to ensure as much air as possible is
incorporated into each cake to improve texture.
