Sometimes a cake comes together like a dream. This one is a perfect example. I am very critical of my work, I see the imperfections, if things are misaligned by 0.000001mm 🤣

I am so happy with the cake, more importantly, so was Phoebe!

The brief was a 50th birthday cake for a guitar and bass loving man who is into his bands! And here is what we delivered!

Everything is edible...except the guitar which is a wooden mode, very similar to Jamesesown, as a keepsake!

Salted caramel- brown sugar sponge, homemade salted caramel sauce and salter caramel buttercream.
