Hi folks, sorry for the radio silence, it has been a hectic couple of weeks.
pardon my pudding are going to be taking some time off, but we hope to be back soon!

Thank you to everyone for all your amazing support for our little business, we feel truly honoured.

We look forward to trying out some new and exciting bakes in the new year, watch the space.

🎄✨ Pardon My Pudding is coming to the Scenic Sandbank Community Christmas Fair! ✨🎄

We’re so excited to be back, taking part in the Scenic Sandbank Christmas Fair at Sandbank Primary School this Thursday, 20th November from 3pm – 5pm!

Come along for a festive afternoon filled with holiday cheer, gorgeous handmade bakes, and a few special treats perfect for the season. Whether you’re after something indulgent, dietary-friendly with vegan and gluten free options available, we’ve got you covered. ❤️🎁

Cot House Services have just received some yummy cakes from pardon my pudding:

- Gluten-free Caramel Honeycomb Chocolate Cake - Scrumptious chocolate cake filled and topped with caramel buttercream, then finished with honeycomb crumb 😋

- Vegan Lemon & Raspberry Sponge Slice - Lemon sponge slice filled with fresh raspberries, topped with lemon buttercream and raspberries 😋

- Gluten-free Hot Chocolate Cheesecake - Biscuit base topped with creamy chocolate, finished with marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles 😋

We are back this week!
We had some time off and did a bit of travelling from Yorkshire to Peterhead.
Then last week we had a very special wedding 💒 which we were very honoured to be asked to make the cake 💕
Our goodies will be delivered later this week 😊

After a week off, we are back in the kitchen to make some yummy treats for you all 😋.

This week the Cot House Services has received:

- Vegan Sticky Toffee Pudding with a tasty Toffee sauce 😋

- Gluten-free Orange & Cardamom Sponge coated in a beautiful cinnamon buttercream 😊

🌟 Delivery Day at Cot House Services! 🌟

We had the pleasure of delivering some sweet Treats to Cot House Services yesterday! 🧁✨

On the menu this time:
🍌 Vegan Banana Buns – soft, moist, and full of flavour
🥥 Gluten-Free Coconut & White Chocolate Sponge Cake – A Cocunut infused sponge with a layer of white chocolate buttercream and then topped with desiccated coconut and white chocolate

All freshly baked and made to suit all dietary needs — because everyone deserves a treat!

Unfortunately next week there will be no bakes from us as we are away on our holidays.

Well, it has not been our week for baking! After a few disasters, we decided to settle on one bake; a beautiful chocolate orange cake which is being delivered to Cot House Services now.

The cake is a yummy rich chocolate sponge infused with orange and then coated in a chocolate orange buttercream 🍫🍊.

Please note; this cake contains gluten and dairy ingredients.
