I’ve been toying with the notion of going back to do some cupcakes as past month or so🧁!

Loosing the woman that supported me in everything I do has been the hardest part of getting up every single day🪽

I need a distraction and just to distance myself from my thoughts and baking is and always be, that distraction🫶🏽

Apple Crumble Season🍏🍂🫶🏽✨
Apple and Caramel Crumble🤤

Something to lift the mind and fill the tummy🫶🏽
Caramel is optional, but a must try🤤

How to make:
For the Apple Filling:
5-6 Large Apples
- cut into smallish chunks
40g Light Brown Sugar
125g Caster Sugar
- toss into a pan with the apples and stew until soft
4/5 tbs of Caramel (tinned for handiness)
- add before all is softened for extra sweetness ✨

For the Crumble:
250g Plain Flour
150g Cubed Butter (at room temperature)
125g Light Brown
- kneed until crumbled like

Preheat oven at 180degrees
- Throw Apples into an oven proof dish and top with the crumble
- Cook until golden brown
Enjoy with some custard 🍏🫶🏽✨

Lil 8” Chocolate Overload Cake to celebrate Shannon’s 18th this weekend🤍

Coming out of ‘semi-retirement’ for a few cakes this week😅
Low key have missed the cakes side of things, even just baking in general, helps me to relax and take the time to enjoy it again😌

Cake Details:
- Chocolate Sponge🧁
- Chocolate Buttercream with Nutella Filling🍫
- Salted Caramel Hazelnut Crumb🌰
- Ferrero Rocher, Cadburys Melted and Caramel Nibbles for Topping🍫🍫🍫
