What a morning I had at Tyrone Farmers' Market, Dungannon today, for my final market as I retire! I was overwhelmed by all the flowers, gifts, cards and well wishes from my customers and fellow traders. I will definitely miss being a part of the market but it's just my time to retire from baking.
Thank you so much to my family Ian, Nicola and Ashleigh for their help over the years, and to all my customers for their support and keeping me so busy.

As many of you know, I'm retiring, so today will be my last day in the bakery and tomorrow will be my last day at Tyrone Farmers' Market, Dungannon . I was there on the very first market day in 2002.
Thank you so much to all my customers for supporting me over the years. It's going to be a big change for me, but it's just time to take life a bit easier.

Baking has started for this Saturday's Tyrone Farmers' Market, Dungannon , with one of my most popular cakes, good old fashioned Boiled cakes. I've been told that there's not many bakers make boiled cakes nowadays and new customers are always surprised to see it on my stall.
