My goal has always been to create treats that people can enjoy while still feeling good. 💛

🌿 Exciting News! 🌿
I'll be at the Tyrone Farmers' Market this Saturday at Tesco Car Park, Dungannon from 8:30am–12:30pm 🥰
I'll be bringing a selection of my homemade bakes, including some healthier treats and a few favourites you've come to love 💚🍰🧁
There will be lots of amazing local stalls, fresh produce, handmade crafts, and plenty more, so why not come along, support local businesses, and enjoy a lovely morning out?

So who looking a day out this Saturday well if you want you are all more than welcome to come along to the Tyrone Farmers Market at Tesco car park in Dungannon from 830-1230 for the summer market there will be loads of stalls from food to tray-bakes, scones, to olives, fresh fruit and vegetables to pancakes and not forgetting about the wonderful handmade crafts we have from wood to flower arrangements jewellery to crocheting art to loads of other fabulous stalls who look forward to welcome you all see you soon.

Today I tried something completely new – Gluten-Free Protein Donuts!
Made with almond flour, protein powder, coconut yogurt and topped with dark chocolate and peanut butter 😋
I won't lie... I was nervous trying them for the first time, but they turned out soft, chocolatey and not too sweet.
The video isn't perfect, I mixed up a few ingredients and probably got chocolate everywhere 😂 but that's real life and that's me.

Malin Head 🌊🤍
There is something about the sea, the sound of the waves, the fresh air and nature that always brings me back to myself.
I love places like this. When the weather is nice and the world slows down for a moment, I feel calmer, lighter and more connected to life again. Nature really helps clear my head and heal my energy.
Malin Head, the most northern point of Ireland, is one of those places that reminds me how beautiful simple moments can be — the ocean, the wind, good company, silence, coffee, music, or just standing there listening to the waves.
I hope this summer brings me more moments like this 🌿✨ More walks, more sea air, more sunsets, more peace and more memories.
Sometimes we really don’t need much to feel happy 🤍

✨ Berry Mascarpone Birthday Cake ✨
I don’t do many birthday cakes, mostly because I still get nervous making them and want everything to look perfect 🙈
But this one has honestly become one of my favourites 🤍
Soft vanilla sponge, homemade berry filling and whipped mascarpone cream 🍓🫐✨
A customer who ordered this cake before loved it so much she came back and ordered it again, and that honestly meant so much to me 🌱
I’m slowly trying to step more into birthday cakes, build my confidence and keep learning with every cake I make 🤍
Maybe soon I’ll even start learning more vegan and dairy-free birthday cakes too ✨

Late night baking thoughts ☕🧁✨
These Vegan Tiramisu Cupcakes are honestly one of my favourites lately 🤍
Soft coffee sponge, creamy frosting and that lovely tiramisu flavour for all the coffee lovers out there ☕
They’re vegan, dairy-free and I swapped regular sugar for coconut sugar as a wee better alternative 🙈✨
I’m really trying to create bakes that still feel comforting and delicious while making small healthier swaps where I can 🤍
Perfect with a coffee, for a treat after work or just because you deserve something nice ☕🧁
