I’ll be at Tyrone Farmers' Market, Dungannon this Saturday from 8:30am–12:30pm with a table full of homemade treats ❤️
I’ll have a selection of vegan and dairy-free cakes and treats, along with some healthier options and bakes made with gluten-free ingredients 🌱

Soft, moist, fluffy and full of cinnamon goodness 😍 One of those treats that goes perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea… although I definitely wouldn’t say no to one on its own either 😂
You really don’t need to miss out on delicious treats just because they’re vegan 🥰

August was a month of so many different emotions. ❤️
New experiences, new people, little adventures, progress, laughter… and also a very difficult goodbye. 💔

🍌🤎 Salted Caramel Banana Cake 🤎🍌
Oh my God… this one is SO good 😍
Soft, incredibly moist and full of banana and salted caramel flavour. Honestly, you wouldn't think something made with such simple ingredients could taste this indulgent 🤤
✨ Made with almond flour
✨ Made with gluten-free ingredients
✨ Dairy-free
✨ No refined sugar
✨ Naturally sweetened with banana, honey & maple syrup
And that creamy frosting with the almond-butter salted caramel on top… 🤤🤎
Not vegan — this cake contains eggs and honey.
Please note: although I use gluten-free ingredients for this cake, I bake in a small kitchen where wheat/gluten is also handled, so I cannot guarantee it is suitable for anyone with coeliac disease or a severe gluten allergy. ❤️

🍓 Strawberry Cruffins 🍓
These are honestly one of my favourite things to bake… partly because I never quite know what they're going to look like when they come out of the oven 😂
Every batch seems to have a personality of its own — they rise, twist and find their own shape, and that's part of the fun of making them by hand.
Soft pastry filled with strawberry jam and vegan cream, finished with fresh strawberry. 🍓🤍
I've been playing around with the filling too, adding a little more strawberry and cream because I want that lovely filling in every bite.
And they've already passed one of the hardest tests in my house — my daughter actually likes them 😂❤️ She's very particular about my baking, but these, my red velvet cupcakes and cinnamon rolls have her approval.
