But I am finally getting my finger out and getting this show on the road (as they say!). 🎊

There's lots to do but I've been messing around with some recipes and I "think" I'm finally on the right track! 💥Yaaas!

Sorry we haven't been active much on here recently but we have been busy perfecting the zero calorie, maximum taste hot wings!

I can now share with you all.....we've done it!

Meet the best Frank's hots wings your mouth will ever taste covered in a good serving of our own dirty sauce!

Just need to remove the calories and we are all good!🤣🤣🤣😝.....might just need to give away free gym passes instead as these are too good to change!🤣

HELP! I'm looking to pull together a focus group to help me understand what barriers people face when out and about trying to grab a quick bite to eat. I've got alot of experience of being a foody but not wanting to be a fat foodie 🤣 but I want to understand people who have real issues when it comes to food. So if you have an intolerance, gastric band, full blown allergies, vegan, veggie etc and would like to help me on my journey. Please comment below 🥰🥰🥰

We are getting there with the menu and I have to say the reviews are great so far!!!

Gyros with Frank's hot sauce shwarma....wowee man! 😋
Homemade fresh salsas and tzatiki! 🍅🥒

Red cabbage coleslaw and everything made fresh, locally produced, and a choice of hot sauces that would put the Aton bomb to shame and not a deep fat fryer in sight!🌋

Need to get a better camera as these pics do not do this food justice!

Another bunch of great guys are the boys at rusty hoofs who worked so hard to help us get the van out of the yard it was in and on to the driveway! They fixed all the supporting structure underneath that had rusted really badly, have given loads of advice and even got the fridge out for me. Now the van is strong and ready for the next challenge! Thanks guys x
