Was super excited to get my hands on this from Brick Borrow! The new Lego Santa countdown!Perfect for counting down the days till my next market! Though I need to send this back as it belongs to brick borrow! Great company for borrowing Lego, if you are interested I have a referral code for them!

Hello! Apparently it’s good to show our faces on social media …
So here I am, looking rather awkward as my hubby takes a picture yesterday at the market. I had layered up because it was a tad chilly, my hair was wild from the wind but hey this is me!
Happy when I’m baking, creating, walking and drinking coffee, anyone that knows me will vouch what a massive coffee snob I am!
So what did I do before baking? I was a nanny, worked seasons, toured Scotland demoing paper crafts, became a barista and my managed coffee shops.
What do I do when not baking? Apart from the household chores 🤪😂 I’m a Lego fan and enjoy walking where a lot of inspiration comes from.
So hello from me and thank you for supporting my wee business 💕

It’s spooky season but I prefer the cosy autumn vibes!! 🍁🍂
The house is filled with cosy cinnamon smells and baking for this month Dunfermline Artisan Market has begun!

Oh my we are super excited to be bringing these to the market!!!
After some baking experimenting and fun we have baked our FUDGE FILLED cookies!!
Yes you heard that right … 🤗
First up is the tropical and coconut fudge filled cookie … a coconut chocolate chip cookie with a smooth fudge filling with tropical jam … Mmmm! 😋
Then we have the lemon meringue version!!
They are delish and can’t wait to hear your thoughts!!

We are back at the Dunfermline City Artisan Market tomorrow from 11am - 3pm with our delicious cookies!
We will have a few of these back to school cookies which are perfect little treats for the first day back!
