2. If at any time the number of directors in office falls below the number fixed as the quorum, the remaining director(s) may act only for the purpose of filling vacancies or of calling a general meeting.
The above section was copied from the constitution. Based on this, the decision was taken to run all bookings as normal.
Given the feedback we have received an EGM will be called for on Tuesday 14th November for 6.00 pm. This will be members only, which is also stated in the constitution.
It would have been easy for the 2 directors left to resign, which we didn't. Keeping the club open was more important than walking away.
The constitution allows for up to 12 people to be on the board of directors.
Moving forward we hope as many turn up for the EGM.
