Savage Flavour by Chef Roman is officially open for service at The Waiting Room in Edinburgh!
What a start — happy customers, great feedback, amazing atmosphere… and I couldn’t be happier myself 🙌 The food was flying out and the flavours were on point.
But this bad boy? 😮‍🔥
Tender, slow-cooked beef brisket stacked on top of a juicy cheeseburger, all hugged by a soft pretzel bun.
