And just like that we have concluded the Christmas season!
We have made roughly 1000 cookies and around 200 cakes and muffins - and you ate them all!

Oh my word the sun just came out! What a beautiful winters day!
Today we have truly packed out the hut for the last weekend:

Traditional German cheesecake is quite different from New York cheesecake for example. There is no base and it’s texture is very fluffy and light. A hint of lemon and a super smooth interior make this a wonderful little cake 🍰

Back in the day when I had my first pop-up bakery at the xmas market in my hometown in Germany. I will never forget it because that was the first time I baked in large quantities - it was 150 cupcakes 😂
