Customer painted a picture of a street in Majorca which was then printed on edible paper and I continued the painting at the back of the Cake added the detailing made the lemons and leaves to create a beautiful 6 inch lemon sponge cake for a 21st birthday.

Update:
A lot of baking items are on Vinted and more added each day or when I’ve time.

Hello things have been really hard lately trying to keep the business open, with the cost of products & ingredients raising, the time it takes to create a cake and unfortunately I’m unable to work for less than £15 an hour.
So with this in mind I’ve decided to close.

I’ll always have the studio to return to in the future, 🤞🏼or do the odd cake, but right now it’s not financially beneficial to carry on.

I will be selling a lot of my equipment and posting them on Facebook & marketplace
Mostly Vinted.

Celebrations this weekend as our Mum turned 75 years young .. balloons and I made some table decorations along with an artificial flower buttercream finish cake and a beautiful wooden cake topper .

Two tier 🍋 lemon sponges in a 5” and 7” crumbcoated in the loveliest white chocolate ganache and covered in the white sugarpaste. Detailing 1mm, 2mm, 4mm, sugar pearls, florist flowers and not forgotten her rainbow 🌈 🐾 fur baby Lola peeping out.

My customer asked me to combine a cake design she had found online with cold water swimming on top. Her in the lake with her green hat and float.

Techniques used to create this cake airbrushing colour up in sugar craft modelling all in a gluten-free 6 inch vanilla sponge cake with strawberry jam buttercream filling for her 50th birthday celebrations ..
