The business is owned & ran by native French man Franck Brétéché who trained as a Patissier, chocolatier, glacier, confiseur in France in 1989. We make and sell top quality artisan breads, desserts and luxury
food to the the general public at farmers markets & also have a select panel of wholesale customers. Bespoke outside catering for any special event is our speciality
