This fun cake was made to celebrate Charlotte's 50th birthday this weekend.

A base of red velvet sponge sandwiched with white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream sits beneath carrot and walnut cake sandwiched with cream cheese frosting.

Covered in fondant, the cake includes nods to Charlotte's favourite things; her 3 grandchildren, her cows, sheeps and pigs and formula 1 racing. All 100% edible.

This cake was made to celebrate James's 50th birthday at the weekend. James enjoys driving his Grenadier in the Dubai desert.

The base tier comprises of two brandy-fed fruitcakes, sandwiched with Vanilla Italian Meringue Buttercream. The top tier is a delicious carrot cake sandwiched with cream cheese frosting. Both are covered with fondant and topped with 100% edible decorations.

This epic beast of a cake was made to celebrate Bongo Ted’s 60th birthday this weekend. The cake features tunes released by Ted and his band Sunscreem, like Perfect Motion and Love You More, as well as his trademark top hat featured on his logo.

Within this grungy DJ desk exterior hide beautifully soft lemon sponges, sandwiched with lemon Italian meringue buttercream and lemon curd.

The bottom tier is rich fudgy chocolate sponge, sandwiched with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. All topped with fondant and edible details.

I had so much fun creating this gardening themed retirement/65th birthday cake for David.

Creating little scenes out of fondant is when I'm in my element, so this was a joy to put together.

White chocolate and raspberry sponges are sandwiched with white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream and raspberry coulis.

Decorated with Oreo crumb soil, fondant details and green buttercream piping.
