Another amazing pop up at Castle Street Coffee
Thank you to every one who came! We couldn't believe how fast everything went. We made twice as much as the first time (the pics were taken halfway through) and it all sold out in the first hour🫨

Glad to see our new knot flavour, raspberry & rose, went down a treat. 😊

We are running another pop up at Castle Street Coffee this Saturday 15th of August, from 9am to 11am.

We'll be selling our classic sourdough loaves and baguettes, plus some new kinds of pastries.
We like to trial new flavours & French specialities in our pop ups, so you might see something new😉

So pop round and grab a fab coffee or matcha, and take home some baked goods.

Our first Pop up at Castle Street Coffee went so well we are doing another on the 15th of August!

We sold plenty of specials including a new flavour of our classic knots : Cardamon & Orange! Plus our staple pastries and sourdough loaves.

It was so lovely meeting some of you, and apologies to those who came after we had sold out - we will come with more this time ;)

This isn't a goodbye, just a small pause..

Although it has been an incredible experience, it’s time for me to take a step back to rest and recover to avoid burning out.

For those who don’t know me — my name is Yoann, I’m 21 years old and over the past year and a half I’ve started my own bakery.
Starting with a few deliveries on my bike while being a full time gardener and ending up having my baked goods sold in 7 different local businesses/markets!! ✨✨

This journey wouldn't have been possible without the support of my amazing family, the local businesses that trusted me to sell my products, my sister and for working alongside me and of course all my customers who I’m incredibly grateful for.

I'll be taking some time to reflect on what will be the next chapter for this bakery (meanwhile i'll be looking forward to experimenting with pastries & breads again!🥐👀)

This coming week will be our last bake for a while, so feel free to stop by and grab something while you can 🤍
