This was my first month selling croissants & chocolatines !
It's been a lot of fun diving into the world of viennoiseries and trying my best to perfect those layered treats.
Looking forward to trying out the endless opportunities with them..
Also a good pastry is only made with good ingredients

A whole month of construction work is coming to an end!🕺🏿🕺🏿
Time to put my apron on & get baking 🙌
1. Intense moment getting all of the equipment from a small rental van 🫣😅 thanks to my uncle smashing it with the forklift
2. Trying to look like I know what I'm doing
3. First loaves of the year! 🍞🥖🥖
4. Lovely visit to the mill where I get most of my flour 🌾

Come and try samples of all of my baked goods and more - this coming Saturday from 10 to 12 am! 🥖🌾

I will be outside the wonderful - serving out from my gazebo, free tasters of freshly baked baguettes, loaves, buns and sweet pastries.

There will also be some hot tea and coffee ☕

Looking forward to meeting you all and to know what you think about it Xx

I will be outside the wonderful Walmer Court Farm Shop - serving out from my gazebo, free tasters of freshly baked baguettes, loaves, buns and sweet pastries.

There will also be some hot tea and coffee ☕

All of the breads and pastries are freshly baked in st Margaret's at Cliff - they are all made with good quality ingredients with mainly the flour that is grown and milled locally at Nonnington farms 🌾
