I’m a baker not a photographer and the light in my house is terrible so excuse the quality of the pictures but here’s what I did at the weekend. A christening cake, shimmer flower cupcakes and a hamper of homemade goodies and cake for my lovely dad who turns 75 today 😊

One of the least exciting but most important parts of the job. Even if I had a dishwasher I’d still do this by hand - hot soapy wash, air dry and food safe sanitised before the next use. Thank goodness for the sunshine today 😊
