I just want to reassure my customers that it's business as usual. If ever there was a time to use a registered food business with proven hygiene records this is it.
Anyone that is currently booked with me, particularly my lovely brides to be, I have everything in place to ensure you get your cakes.
If anyone books with me and then is unable to go ahead with the celebration I will do everything in my power to ensure you do not lose out financially and you get what you need when you need it.
Also please note i'm fully insured.
I also pay the tax man so, I may not be the cheapest, but right now i'm one the safest out there for many reasons.
If you wish to book with me I always require a 50% deposit so that i'm able to start buying the necessary ingredients, moulds etc, because of this, i'm not concerted that flour has been cleared from the shelves ... suddenly everyone's a baker lol.

Away on holiday until the new year. Thank you to everyone that supported me this year. I sold out at the Christmas market yesterday so no macarons for us over Christmas 😞

My final Christmas market will be this Saturday at the Dover cruise terminal. Lovely Christmas atmosphere, ice skating, bar, hot food and lovely treats. My macarons are all freshly made , filled with various chocolate ganache flavours and presented in gift boxes. I'm offering two boxes get one free ! These make a great gift and have an excellent shelf life

Rich fruit cake with a generous dose of brandy, covered with home made marzipan and home made royal icing.This contains 2 cakes the size of cupcakes. More like this and various other sizes are being decorated ready for my Xmas market but also available to order. Xmas macarons will also be available
