An internationally recognised pastry judge and lecturer, Javad is a lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism, University of Tehran. Renowned for pushing the boundaries of cake artistry, his award-winning gravity-defying cakes and spectacular large-scale sugar art creations have captured audiences worldwide and have been featured on BBC Persian and numerous Iranian national television channels.

With decades of experience in pastry, cake design, education, and judging, Javad brings a wealth of expertise, creativity, and inspiration to our judging panel.
