Had a lovely day yesterday creating some birthday bakes … for ME!!!!!! May have made a bit too much but had lots of fun and luckily I’m a sharing kind of gal!!! 😂

So, we have Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting, raspberry and lemon cupcakes (for my work peeps) and raspberry and lemon layer cake. Cupcakes and layer cake all had lemon buttercream and raspberry jam and Percy Pigs!! Oh and a few Jamie Dodgers along the way too 😁

This was just yummy, ‘Coconut and lime drizzle cake’. A new favourite in our house 😋The Blurb:The name says it all!!

Not my best work, turned into a rush job after the over decided to go on the blink 😱 and ruin the first cake I made … however, I think my little client will be very happy, he wanted something based on “Troll Hunters - Tales of Arcadia” and that’s what he got!!!!!

Happy (early) Birthday to my own special little fella, MJ, I think he is going to be absolutely chuffed with this!!! 💙

It has been my absolute honour this week to make the wedding cake for a very special couple, Alistair & Louise. Having had the privilege of seeing Alistair grow into the fine young man he is today, Louise is one exceptionally lucky young lady!! 💕

What’s more, my little family got to be part of this most special of days AND get to eat some of the cake!!! 😁
