Our cookery theatre 'Mary's Kitchen' will this year be focusing on a wide range of different food and drink themes.

This year we are welcoming Mat Follas who won the TV series Masterchef in 2009.
Matt is now a judge on Masterchef and at the Great Taste awards.
He is now focused on making some of the best liquers and spirits from his distillery in Dorchester, under the Mure Liqueurs brand.

Matt will be selling his Liqueurs over the whole weekend and showing how to use them in recipes on Saturday 13th June at 3pm.

Maceration is the first stage of making a 120⁰ Pastis ... I use Fennel, licorice (and a few secret ingredients) and a little wormwood before distilling and a second maceration of the Pastis to transform it into our Bittergreen Absinthe, complete with fairy 😋😎

Duck Farm Workshops - Dorchester to post orders on Wednesday and we'll be at the Bath and West this weekend too ... Lauren there on Saturday and be gentle if you come to see me Sunday 😊

Looking forward to the festival season about to start in earnest (always happy to hear of any new events too we can come to)
