Such a beautiful set up for Cornelia & Robin’s wedding yesterday.
Lime & Coconut stacked on Heavenly Carrot Cake with 2 little swans and cornflower decorations.
Stunning flowers as always by and beautiful marquee.
Glad it stayed dry for your special day.

A beautiful Dorset wedding took place last weekend for Bridie & Charlie.
Knowing Bridie since being a young girl, having the joy of creating their wedding cake was very special.

The venue of Fiddleford Manor (English Heritage) is perfect to exhibit these works of art. Well worth the visit, and all for free.

Many congratulations to the lovely Hannah & Charlie who married yesterday in the heart of beautiful Dorset.
The marquee and garden were stunning with a nod to a village fête and the menu looked tasty.
Their cake was full buttercream coating with Lime & Coconut, Chocolate Mud, Heavenly Carrot and Orange & Passion Fruit.
Raspberries and strawberries as decoration, sugar wellies and their spaniels poking out added a personal touch.

After 15 years and one month it’s time to say goodbye to Poundbury.

We massively thank all the local businesses for their friendship and support, you know who you are, and to all the wonderful customers from Poundbury, Dorchester & beyond, you made us who we are.

We will find a better life balance for family, health and other things in our lives too.

We will still be making all cakes currently booked and taking on new commissions in the future. However, the next month or two will be a bit bonkers with moving etc. so if you have an email enquiry please bear with us.

Here is Millie’s finished Christening cake for today.

Our Chocolate Mud on top and buttery Vanilla on the bottom.

So great to be asked again to design a cake, we did Millie’s brother’s christening a few years ago.

Thoroughly enjoyed creating this with a mixture of edible watercolour and 3D modelling.
