I’m beyond grateful to have won Edible Painter of the Year dlicious_magazine awards, thank you so much to everyone who voted for me!

Heres a little behind-the-scenes moment… I was mid-gin (nervous sipping, obviously) when my name was announced. I was fully prepared to just relax and enjoy the night—absolutely no expectation of winning! So, here’s my completely unprepared, slightly flustered speech. Shout out to my husband’s vocal cords, bless him, he was so chuffed for me!🥰 💕💕

A huge thank you to Kelly for creating such a wonderful event that celebrates the incredible talent in our industry. Every finalist is insanely talented, and it was an honour just to be in the room with so many of them.

Special thanks to the amazing Emily Hankins Cakes for presenting the award—you’re such an inspiration and a wonderful human being.

I am utterly flabbergasted to have won Edible Painter of the Year at the Awards!
What an incredible evening, surrounded by the most wonderful people. I still can’t quite believe it!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey, your encouragement means the world. To those who voted for me, I am beyond grateful!

A huge thank you to the judges for believing my work was deserving of this award, it truly means so much.

To my husband, for his support and who always reminds me how amazing I am when imposter syndrome tries to creep in, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And to my whole family, who have encouraged and supported me every step of the way, I couldn’t have done this without you.

A huge congratulations to every finalist, you are all incredibly talented ###

Look at this stunning hand-painted cake created by my student, Tom, after completing my three-part live Zoom demo! It’s incredible to see what can be achieved with the right guidance and practice.

My Zoom courses are designed to help cake decorators truly master the art of cake painting. Each session is recorded, giving my students the freedom to rewatch and perfect their skills at their own pace.

Teaching is my passion, and it’s so important to me that my students not only learn my methods but also gain confidence in achieving results they never thought possible. I don’t cut corners or rush through techniques—I’m here to guide, encourage, and push every student to reach their full potential.

Cake painting is a skill you can master, and I’m here to help you every step of the way!

Throwing it back to these two gorgeous farm scene cakes, one painted by myself, and the other painted by my lovely student, during a 1:1 cake painting class.

I love to encourage my students, to give them a little push and to show them that they are capable of painting freehand onto cakes.
