Hello!! Sorry, it has been an absolute age since I’ve posted on here! I tend to be a bit more regular on Instagram but I have been a definite slacker here! Things are busy at Tray Delicious. An amazing new member of staff and continuing plans for 2026.

We’re closed for 2025 - apron off, oven off, and the unit is booked in for an overdue deep clean. 🧽🍫

A massive, massive thank you to everyone who bought, recommended, came back again and again (and to the folks who repeatedly popped by when I wasn’t there - thank you for your patience and perseverance!). I still absolutely love creating and selling these brownies -but I couldn’t do it without you. You’re literally keeping an unemployable baker in business. 🙏❤️

2026: new goals, new challenges and hopefully a whole new dimension to the business - watch this space 👀 I’ll be back mid-February 2026.

Hello strangers! Thankfully I am much better at baking than I am at social media! I’ve been up to my elbows in meringue, chocolate and all things sugar. I’ll be at the market this weekend - come grab something delicious and remind me how to talk to people in public 😂🧁🍫

That is us done for another year! Thank you to all of you for your support, whatever form that takes. Whether it be likes online, treating yourself as a one off or returning annually (or weekly!) to stock up, every purchase ensures we can carry on trading into another year, for which we are deeply grateful. Dawn and I are taking a break in January but we’ll be back in February and we hope to see you all then 🙏

In the meantime, we wish you a very peaceful festive season and all the very best for 2025. Take care of yourselves and each other 🤗

Good morning all! Unfortunately the decision has been taken to close all markets in York due to the incoming storm. Although disappointing it is important to put the safety of traders and public first 🙏 we are hoping to be back trading tomorrow if the weather permits. We’ll keep you posted. Yesterday was a special day - 10 years to the day that I first stood on

I can’t quite believe it’s been a decade since I started Tray Delicious. A lot has changed but this business has been a constant and I’m so lucky to stay I still love what I do.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to you all for your support, custom and encouragement over the years. Without all of you we wouldn’t be here.

I’d also like to say a special thank you to Dawn - the kitchen elf who despises being on camera! Having her come on board has meant I’ve finally been able to achieve a bit of a work/life balance. Thank you for the help and all the laughs 🥰

Thank you again to you all. Let’s see what the next 10 years brings!
