Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you've had a rested weekend, and this is a positive week for you all! ✌🏼

I've had a little brainwave of the savoury kind...

As I've started baking more and more savoury things, the more I've realised how:
1. Nice it is to have these things in the house again after giving up buying them in the supermarkets due to expense/poor quality
2. How handy it'd be to have these in the freezer so I could just whip them out and eat them when I fancied.

So it got me thinking... would anyone be interested in something like this? Maybe a monthly selection of freezer friendly savouries, eg. Different breads, quiches, sausage rolls, yorkshire puddings, naan breads, maybe the odd scone too? 🥰

If this is something that tickles your fancy, let me know, and I'll see about getting something like this sorted from next month 😍🍞

Cake number 3️⃣

Another chocolate cake, this time for a Notts Forest mad, young man's birthday ⚽️ my knowledge of football is minimal at best but when cake's involved the game magically becomes more interesting 🤣
I was super proud of how red I managed to get this buttercream! Stick an immersion blender in there, and the colour becomes so much brighter! Who knew 😅

This one was sooo much fun to do! These guys bought some of my first ever bakes off me when I first started last year, and I've since gotten to bake for both kids' birthdays, which has been super special 🥰

That's it, I'm officially all baked out 😅 3 birthday cakes, and a fair is enough for me!

I'm going to post each of the cakes individually because I love them all and feel like they deserve it 🙌🏻

This one was for a lovely little girlies 6th birthday! She was allergic to a couple of other things besides gluten and dairy meaning she'd not been able to have an allergy friendly birthday cake before ❤️ but I was able to create this pastle-y rainbow, chocolate birthday cake, meeting all the dietary requirements necessary and giving her her first allergy friendly birthday cake 🥰 *happy dance*

This is what it's been all about from the beginning. Having allergies and intolerances should never mean we have to miss out ❤️ Thank you to her lovely mum and dad for trusting me to make this for her! 🫶🏻
