Unfortunately Proofs in the Pudding will be temporarily closed until further notice. ⛔️

As many of you already know I run this busniess single handedly, which in itself at times is a challenge.

At present im going through health problems with my heart that are worsening and as a result are causing so many debilitating symptoms. The worse being the inability to stand without intensifying problems!

It’s with a heavy heart that I make this decision, but yesterday was the braking point!
I got as far as crushing biscuits before my blood pressure and heart rate went crazy, later resulting in a hospital admission on a ward! Where I was told to stop 🛑

I do hope I’ll be back baking crazy soon but I need to focus on getting better ❤️‍🩹

I look forward to seeing you all again, whenever that may be!! 😭
