I’ve been wanting to try making S’mores cookies for ages and so glad I did.

As we don’t have graham crackers in the UK I subbed it for a chocolate digestive and used veggie marshmallows so could have them aswell. Let’s just say I will definitely be making them again 😋😋

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting author last night at the monthly book club and of course buns were provided.

It was such a fascinating evening where Suzie explained the writing process and her research into all the books she’s written. Her Secret Promise is such an amazing book, I could have listened to her for so much longer. Thank you to Victoria for organising such a fantastic event.

Now we need to try and get to adapt the book into a mini series ☺️

The Easter bunnies 🐰 have been hopping around the kitchen whipping up Easter brownies 😋

They are very happy with their test bakes and are now taking orders 🐰

In each box you’ll get 6 delicious brownies made with either:

Creme egg
Caramel egg
Terrys chocolate orange egg or
Mini eggs

Each box is £20 collected or £25 posted (via RM 48 Tracked) and will be posted on Monday 30th March

This year’s Christmas cake 🎅.

Amaretto soak fruit cake with a nice thick layer of marzipan under the layer of fondant. Decorated with handmade leaves 🍃 and some Christmas sprinkles. I’m annoyed about the state of the bow though 😆

As is tradition in this house, we’ll be having a slice on Christmas Eve and remembering my Dad who started that tradition (he waited as long as he could 🥰)

I’ve had the best week celebrating turning 50! And of course I had to make a cake as .dutton was visiting and she turned 50 last month.

So I made us a chocolate and salted caramel cake with all the sprinkles and more candles than I could fit and safely light 😂😂
