Please be informed that today (Wednesday, June 24th), the bakery will be CLOSED. The extreme heat today has pushed both indoor and oven temperatures to an absolute limit.
Crucially, due to these extreme weather conditions, our commercial refrigerators are currently unable to maintain the strict cooling levels required for our fresh meat products and sandwich ingredients. Because absolute food safety and product quality are our highest, non-negotiable priorities, preparing our standard range carries an unacceptable risk today. We simply refuse to compromise on the safety of what we serve to our community.
