My favourite cake yet! Been dying to do a Stranger Things themed cake for a while now, so this was an absolute dream enquiry!

Featuring a dramatic black finish, festive lights, a glowing Upside Down-style rift, and the star of the show β€” a fully edible Demogorgon model, completely hand sculpted and hand painted using food colouring. Every detail was carefully crafted by hand to bring this iconic creature to life. πŸ‘Ύβœ¨

This elegant beauty featured soft, romantic ruffles finished with fresh florals and delicate blush roses.

Flavours included:

🍫 Middle tier – Rich chocolate sponge with silky chocolate ganache

All with ganache to crumb coat and stack, as there was strictly no buttercream in this cake!
