✨ A dreamy 3-tier wedding cake for Chris & Jodie’s special day 🤍🌿🌸

This elegant beauty featured soft, romantic ruffles finished with fresh florals and delicate blush roses.

Flavours included:
🍓 Bottom tier – Vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam
🍫 Middle tier – Rich chocolate sponge with silky chocolate ganache
🍒 Top tier – Cherry Bakewell: almond sponge layered with almond white chocolate ganache, morello cherry jam & glacé cherries
All with ganache to crumb coat and stack, as there was strictly no buttercream in this cake!
