Must say I really enjoyed doing this one 👌

Delicious Victoria sponge cake, layered with jam and cream 😋

It's finished a with hand crafted, fondant ice bucket 😆💕
Filled with ice (glacier mints) and topped with a few bottles of his favourite 🍾

This cake made its way to Mayo, and arrived safely in one piece 🙏😆
