After a diagnosis of Coeliac disease 5 years ago, I have been motivated to create delicious cakes and bakes as the GF products available in the supermarkets where horrendously over priced, dry and tasteless. I'm on that journey now, exploring lots of different flours available and how they work together, I love the science of it too. people have been so positive about the bakes I produce "you woul

d not know it was gluten free, so moist and delicious" I am so proud of what I have achieved to date but there is so much more to come, what this space !!
