2019 - This cake gave me nightmares! I didn’t let the ganache drip set before piping buttercream swirls on…they slid off…I tried to stop them…dented the cake…and cried. 😂😂😂
•
And now… cakes are taller, designs are more classic and I’ve learnt so much about how buttercream and fillings behave! (I still have a few “crying over nightmare cakes” moments though!)
