This weeks cake is a beautiful drip cake with macarons and handmade sugar flowers.
Chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate butter cream. Covered with white chocolate ganache and finished with a pink chocolate drip. Decorated with ganache swirls, macarons and sugar flowers.

Congratulations to Dayna and Jamie who married at the beautiful in the Lyth building yesterday…

They decided upon a 2 tier cake. Vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam and a chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate buttercream.

The cake was covered and decorated in white chocolate ganache with a small sprig of handmade flowers.
