Craig ordered this special cake for his mums birthday last weekend and this was delivered to their venue in Sadler Gate, Derby.
Craig’s mum is diabetic so this cake was made entirely sugar free using substitution. It still tasted amazing!!
It was finished with an edible photo of Craig, his mum and sister to give it that personal touch 🩷

Alex and Dan got married last weekend in the midst of a heat wave. They are both travel enthusiasts and have travelled together to so many places - this travel themed wedding cake was so fitting.
The wedding cake was red velvet and covered in the smoothest, most delicious white chocolate ganache. I added a travel themed cake wrap and edible passport stamps to the bottom tier.
60 cupcakes accompanied the main cake in lemon drizzle, deluxe chocolate, cookies and cream and salted caramel flavour.
The venue looked stunning, as did the mother of the groom who worked with me to create the design of the cake.

I had the pleasure of making this beautiful, 3 tiered wedding cake which has been delivered and set up today.
This cake is classic Victoria sponge, deluxe chocolate and red velvet flavour covered in the most delicious white chocolate ganache, which is a must in this weather!!
